I had an very nice stay at this hotel. The location, right at the Tokyo train station, made it so convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent. I especially enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor, with its fine city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the transportation options available, like being near the Narita Express platform.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with luxurious amenities and stylish bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, with a choice of buffet or made-to-order dishes. The hotel also offers great views of the train tracks, perfect for train enthusiasts.

Some rooms cannot open their curtains due to the proximity of the office building.

The hotel boasts luxurious and exclusive amenities, ensuring a truly lavish experience. the service was exceptional the moment I arrived, with staff proving attentive and quick to meet all my needs. the spa was well, equipped, and I spent a blissful afternoon in the steam room and sauna. the private facilities were impressive and allowed for utmost relaxation.

My only minor issue was the in, room breakfast, which could have been more diverse. this hotel exceeded my expectations, providing extraordinary service and top, notch facilities.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent! The staff were really nice too assist us throughout our stay. They even met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel, we arrived safely. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were great. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and public transportation.

One drawback of this hotel was the limited options for breakfast. Although the Japanese breakfast was delicious, there were not many choices available.

I had a wonderful stay at FS at Maranouchi. The location, just steps from Tokyo Station, was convenient. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean. I loved the large window that offered fine views of the bullet trains passing by. The service was really good, with the concierges being helpful in making reservations and assisting with luggage shipment. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Tokyo.
