I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location, right at the Tokyo train station, made it so convenient to explore the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. I especially enjoyed having breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor, with its stunning city views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with luxurious amenities and stylish bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast options are delicious and varied, with a choice of buffet or made-to-order dishes. The hotel also offers great views of the train tracks, perfect for train enthusiasts.

The customer service at this hotel was outstanding! the staff went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. They even met us at the train station and walked us to the hotel, ensuring we arrived safely. the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and public transportation.
One drawback of this hotel was the limited options for breakfast. Although the Japanese breakfast was delicious, there were not many choices available.

I had a wonderful stay at FS at Maranouchi. The location, just steps from Tokyo Station, was incredibly convenient. The room was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly clean. I loved the large window that offered stunning views of the bullet trains passing by. The service was exceptional, with the concierges being incredibly helpful in making reservations and assisting with luggage shipment. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Tokyo.
